European Heritage Days
As part of this year’s European Heritage Days, the European Parliament will once again open its doors to the public on 19 and 20 September 2026. This year, the European Parliament will focus on the prestigious architecture of the Louise Weiss Building. At the same time, the Hemicycle will host the renowned local literature festival “Bibliothèques idéales”.
The European Parliament will also offer additional cultural activities along the visitor circuit. Alongside the contemporary art exhibition "Currents of Europe", o range of temporary activities will be organised in partnership with Fan’abriques Alsace, an organization for LEGO brick fans. Visitors will be invited to help create a collaborative mosaic as part of the visitor experience.
