Rule of Law: a user guide  

In cooperation with the Council of Europe, the “Rule of Law: a user guide” exhibition will be displayed on the Visitors’ circuit in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, from the 18th of November 2025 until the 22nd of January 2026.

The exhibition created by the Council of Europe presents the rule of law as a key pillar of democracy and human rights. With a focus on the accessibility of text and visuals, it emphasises the importance of principles such as equality before the law, the prevention of abuse of power and access to independent justice and seeks to help citizens better understand how these principles in uphold human freedom and dignity.
